National Whipped Cream Day - Jan 5th - Cool Whip Cookies

On National Whipped Cream Day we decided to make Cool Whip Cookies to celebrate today.

Cool Whip Cookies

Ingredients

1 box Cake Mix (I used Party Rainbow Chips)

1 container Cool Whip (8 oz) (thawed)

1 large Egg

Powdered Sugar (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl add cake mix, cool whip, and egg. Mix together.

3. Scoop to make dough into balls then roll into powder sugar. This step is optional.

4. Place on prepared cookie sheet.

5. Bake 15-20 minutes. Allow to cook on pan for 1 minute then remove to wire rack.
