National Meatball Day - March 9th 2024 - Crock Pot Salsbury Steak Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes

Who doesn't like a good meatball. My family enjoys them. So for National Meatball Day we are trying a new meatball recipe. This recipe was very delicious and easy to make.

Crock Pot Salsbury Steak Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1 bag Frozen Meatballs

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

2 cups Mushrooms (sliced)

1 1/2 cup Water

1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

2 packages Brown Gravy mixes

Directions

1. Place the frozen meatballs and mushrooms in a crock pot. 

2. In a bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, brown gravy and water. Whisk together until well blended. 

3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in crock pot. 

4. Cook on Low for 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.

Serve over Mashed Potatoes
