Snickerdoodle Cookies




Ingredients

1 box Yellow Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine dry cake mix, oil, and eggs together.
2. Chill dough for about 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray or parchment paper.
4. In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon.
5. Once dough has chilled, shape your dough into 1 inch balls. Roll the balls into the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
6. Place dough onto your baking sheet.
7. Bake for 8-12 minutes.
