Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 (15.25oz) box Yellow Cake Mix
1 1/4 cup Butterscotch Morsels
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup Semi - Sweet Morsels
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
Directions
1. Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil together in a large bowl and beat until well combined.
2. Stir in butterscotch morsels and chocolate chops with wooden spoon.
3. Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees prepare a cookie sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
5. After dough has chilled, roll each cookie dough into balls then place on cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 7-9 minutes.
