Chicken and Stuffing Casserole



Ingredients

4 Chicken Breasts (Boneless - Skinless)
2 (10.25oz) cans Cream of Chicken
1/2 cups Milk
1 box Chicken Stuffing Mix
1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with a non stick cooking spray.
2. Cut the Chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place in the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. 
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and the milk.
5. Spread the mixture over the chicken. Then pour the chicken broth over.
6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. The remove the foil and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
