Heath Toffee Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

1 (13.25 oz) Butter Yellow Cake Mix

1/3 cup melted butter 

2 large eggs

1 cup (8 oz) Heath Milk English Toffee Bits

Directions

1. Combine cake mix, melted butter and eggs to mixing bowl mix until well combined.

2. Stir in heath toffee bits with wooden spoon.

3. Cover Dough and chill in refrigerator 2 hours.

4. After dough chilled, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

6. Roll dough into 1 1/2 Tablespoon round ball transfer to baking sheet.

7. Bake on center rack 7-13 minutes.

8. Remove all to cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes. Transfer to cookie rack.
