Copy Cat - Arby's Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches

Ingredients

1lb Roast Beef (thinly sliced)

1 can Beef Broth

onion powder (to taste)

garlic powder (to taste)

Buns 

Cheez Whiz

Directions

1. In a large pot, heat broth and seasonings together, allow the roast beef to warm in the broth.

2. Warm cheese.

3. Assembly sandwiches, serve.

National Tater Tot Day - February 2nd - Tater Tot Casserole

Today on National Tater Tot Day, we decided to go back to a old school recipe. 

Ingredients

2LB Ground beef

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 (16oz) Sour Cream

1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

1 package Frozen Tatter Tots

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 13x9 pan.

2. Brown ground beef, drain. Add to the bottom of casserole dish.

3. In a medium bowl, add sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, mix well.

4. Layer on top of hamburger. Top with cheese.

5. Cover tater tots on top.

6. Cover casserole and bake for 45 minutes, uncover for 15 minutes adding extra cheese if desired.

Heavenly Hash Day - February 2nd - Heavenly Hash

Today for Heavenly Hash Day, we tried Heavenly Hash very delicious and easy to make.

Heavenly Hash

Ingredients

2 cups Cool Whip

1 can crushed Pineapple

1 large can Mandrin Oranges

1 cup Fruit Cocktail

1 bag Mini Marshmallows

Directions

1. Add 1 Tablespoon of the cool whip.

2. Drain the rest of the juice off fruit. Combine all fruits in a bowl.

3. Add mini marshmallows.

4. Fold in ingredients with cool whip.

5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
