Homemade Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
1 lb Sausage
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
2 1/2 cups Milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place sausage in a skillet over medium high heat. Break up and crumble brown (DO NOT DRAIN)
2. Slowly pour your flour over sausage allowing to absorb the liquid 1 minute.
3. Drizzle milk into mix stirring while you pour. Add in your salt and pepper. I pepper mine more then most people do.
4. Continue to cook stirring frequently until the gravy is formed and its to your likened thickness.
