Hamburger Rice and Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
1lb Ground Beef
3 cups Rice (cooked)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 jar Ragu double cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Brown ground beef, season as you desire. Stir in cream of mushroom soup.
2. Cook rice according to package directions.
3. In a 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
4. Add the rice to the bottom of the casserole dish.
5. Top with ground beef mixture.
6. Spread the cheese on top.
7. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
