Deviled Eggs

 

Deviled Eggs




Ingredients

8 Eggs (Hard Boiled)
1/4 cup Mayo
2 teaspoon Dill Pickle Juice
1/2 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Baby Dill Pickles (finely diced)
1/8 teaspoon paprika to garnish

Directions

1. Peel the shell of the eggs. Then cut in half lengthwise and place them on a serving plate.
2. Remove yolk with spoon. Add to a medium mixing bowl.
3. Mash yolk to a fine crumb with a fork. Then add mayo, pickle juice, mustard, salt, black pepper and garlic powder together by mushing with a fork.
4. Mix in diced pickles. Add more seasoning to your liking.
4. Spoon teaspoon mixture in each egg. 
5. Garnish with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
